Spring Fling

Before cancelling any hotel stays:

Some hotels have 2 night min.

If you cancel your hotel room Friday, it is possible you do not keep your rate.

If waves change due to team drops and scheduling issues, you will not be able to get room back. It is Spring Break season.

General Information

  1. $10 a 1 day pass and $15 for a 2 day tournament pass.
  2. Please bring exact cash if possible
  3. No credit cards; no ATM on site

No food tables or outside chairs allowed inside the venue.  Outside food may be consumed in the mezzanine areas, or outside the facility, but not on the gym floor.


  1. All players and coaches from registered teams receive free admission to OWA Amusement Park on Friday 3/22 from 4:00pm-8:00pm.
  2. Friends and families will be able to purchase a reduced price ticket.
  3. Coaches/Directors make sure your roster is entered in AES


  • All coaches will check-in before starting pool play at the table opposite the ticket table- with a roster and an accommodation form. 
  • Coaches should bring a team roster with player numbers and USAV numbers (or be prepared to sign the one we provide printed from AES.
  • Coaches will fill out an accommodation form using the Google Form below.  Coaches may fill it out before arriving using the link.  Please make sure you know which hotels are being utilized as well as how many nights for each hotel before filling out the form. It will ask you for a Friday night total at each hotel and a Saturday night total at each hotel.
  1. Will be live by Wednesday evening 6:00pm
  2. Coaches and spectators should check back to AES for any schedule changes- we will NOT notify you unless it is Friday after 3:00pm
  3. Spectators should be aware that if you cancel your room, and the schedule changes, it will be difficult to get the room back as Foley Hotels are very full due to a soccer tournament in town.
  1. All matches will be streamed using Baller TV
  1. All teams will participate in pool play on Saturday- 2 out of 3 sets with the deciding 3rd set to 15 points. 12 Girls Division will have 1 pool of 3 teams and that pool will play 3 sets to 25. All other 3 team pools will have cross over matches on Saturday. 
  2. On Sunday- In all bracket play, first round losers will have a consolation match.  (guaranteed 2 matches Sunday)- 
  3. Please check to see if you ref before leaving on Sunday. LAV will do our best to help fill in for out of town officiating teams to allow those teams to get home as early as possible on Sunday afternoon.
  1. At the conclusion of your match, please take your team to the Spring Fling Backdrop near the Check-in Desk in the lobby for your team’s award and a picture.
  2. Champions of gold brackets will be awarded with Champion T-shirts and gold medals
  3. Runner up of all gold brackets will be awarded medals.
  4. Champions of all silver brackets will be awarded medals.

  1. Food and drink (non water) may be consumed outside the facility or in the upper mezzanines- NOT ON THE COMPETITION FLOOR- If you choose to eat in the mezzanine, please clean up your own trash. 
  2. Food tables are not allowed set up outside or inside the facility.
  3. No red drink is allowed inside facility at any time.
  4. We will have a monitor stationed at the floor to not allow food onto the court as well as court monitors to help enforce the policy.  Please help us by not trying to sneak food onto the floor. 
  5. Please help us keep the facility clean.
  6. No outside chairs are allowed in the facility.
  7. Please take a seat around the court where your daughter is playing. Please do not take a seat if your daughter is officiating. 
  1. GCR will allow player R2 in 11U-18U. (Coaches should be assisting 11U-14U players in R2 duties and mentoring them throughout the match)
  2. Coach of all divisions 11U-18U MUST be at the scorers table to assist and R2 and scoresheet if players are handling all officiating duties.
