Coach/Staff bio

Olivia Dalken is from Vancleave, Mississippi, where she attended Vancleave High School. She played and lettered in softball, basketball, and volleyball. After high school she continued her volleyball career at the University of South Alabama where she majored in Communications and also played one year of basketball. After college she played professional volleyball in Europe before returning home to start her coaching career. She was the assistant coach at McGill-Toolen Catholic High for five years, helping the program to two state championships in 2017 and 2018. She then became the head varsity coach at Ocean Springs High School for two years.

Olivia is married to Dustin and they have one two sons Booker and Carver.

This will be Olivia’s ninth season at LAV. Olivia has coached 12s, 15s, 16s, and 18s at LAV.
