Coach/Staff bio

Jakaycia is from Bay Minette, Al.  She graduated form Baldwin County High School in 2019 and played middle and outside hitter for the Baldwin County Tigers.  She earned a spot on the varsity team as a 9th grader and became the team captain in the 10th grade.  She was also voted MVP in high school and college and was named All-County for 2 years straight.  Jakaycia continued her volleyball career at Missouri Valley College for 2 more years before an injury led her to focus on coaching and athletic training.

She has coached the Baldwin County Storm 16u Club team as head coach and was the assistant coach at Bishop State.  Currently she is attending Concordia University to earn her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.  Her dream is to start her own club team and become an athletic trainer for the NFL or WNBA!
