Richlyn Ross is a Germantown, Tennessee native where she lettered in volleyball two years at Houston Highschool. richly was a two-time all-region first team member as a freshman and sophomore in 2016 and 2017. She led the Mustangs to the 2019 Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association Class 3A state title match as a senior. While in Tennessee, Richlyn played 13 years of club volleyball.
After high school, Richlyn began her collegiate career at Lincoln Memorial University. During her two seasons at LMU, she was a volunteer coach at Memphis Juniors Volleyball Club in Memphis for 3 years. She then transferred to the University of South Alabama to play for the Jaguars in the 2022-2023 season. Richlyn graduated from South Alabama where she studies speech and hearing sciences. She currently is in graduate school at South Alabama where she is getting a doctorate of Audiology. She was named the JV coach of Davidson High School for 2023. Last year Richlyn lead her team to a 13th place finish at the Girls Junior National Championship in Las Vegas! Richlyn is super excited for her second season of LAV!
